- Is a deposit required?
If you are looking for the very finest strippers, bikini babes, a non-refundable deposit will be required to be paid by the customer per talent booked upon confirming your booking to secure the date and time with Covergirls. The balance of the booking fee is to be paid by the customer to the talent on their arrival, on the date of the booking. Once full payment has been received this is non-refundable. At Covergirls we do not ask for your deposit until we know we can confirm talent for your booking.
- What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank deposits or cash. On your booking date, before your entertainer performs, please pay your entertainer in full, or the remaining balance for your booking, if a deposit has already been paid.
- Do you have a cancellation fee?
A booking is valid after the deposit has been paid. In the event of cancellation, Covergirls shall be entitled to retain all amounts paid. If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the date on which the services were to be provided, the full price will immediately become due and payable ASAP. If the customer seeks to amend a booking, Covergirls will establish whether this is possible and advise the booker of any additional charges payable.
- Can I get a full refund?
Once full payment has been received it is non-refundable. In the event of an act not appearing, a full refund will be provided to the customer within three business working days.
- Do we tip the entertainers?
No, tipping entertainers is not required.
- Will you Travel? Are there travel costs involved for the Talent?
Our staff will travel to you - that's no problem! Any travel required is calculated and charged during the booking process. If outside of Auckland then our Covergirls sales team will confirm with you any possible travel costs associated with bookings outside of Auckland.
If you change the location of the venue after your booking has been paid, you may be required to pay additional charges and these will be confirmed with you prior to the performance date.
- How many entertainers do you recommend I should I book for my event?
The number of entertainers you desire at your event is entirely up to you and the level of performance you require, from mild to wild! All bookings must be for a minimum of three guests.
- Are there a minimum of guests I must have before booking a stripper?
All bookings must be for a minimum of three guests. We can do one on one shows, but you must advise at time of booking and there is a $100.00 surcharge for this service. All other conditions still apply.
- How far in advance should I book an entertainer for my event?
Booking an entertainer in advance of your event will mean you will have more ability to select the entertainer and performance of your choice and have a greater chance of them being available for your event date. We can take bookings up to 12 months in advance of your event.
- Do you do last minute bookings?
Last minute bookings are available with at least one hours notice. However please note; the more notice we get especially on busy nights, the more likely you are to get the performer of your choice.
- Will our entertainment stay longer if we decide to continue the booking?
If the entertainer has the time available to extend the time then it is ok to extend it. Management must be notified of this immediately and the price of the extension to be agreed upon by all parties with money to be paid upfront.
- Are there discounts available for larger bookings?
We can entertain from as few as three people, up to large groups such as sports teams. Charges apply for less than three people and groups over 15 people, please ask for more information when booking.
- What happens if our entertainer becomes unavailable for our booking?
If the chosen entertainer is unavailable we will contact you to let you know and find a suitable replacement.
- Are we able to select the entertainer of our choice for our function?
Yes, you will be able to select the entertainer of your choice, depending on the performance option they provide and that you desire.
- How long does the entertainment last?
Performance duration is dependent on the booking and entertainer you have secured for your event. Generally, performances are a minimum of 15 minutes with some lasting 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- What happens when our entertainer arrives?
For your event, your entertainer will arrive around 10-15mins before their performance is scheduled. Your entertainer will be discreet when they arrive and will require to be shown an area they can prepare and store their belongings before the performance. Please be available on the phone number provided at your time of booking; as your entertainer will likely call or text you on their arrival or if they have having difficulty finding your location.
- What do I need to provide for the entertainer to achieve their performance?
A suitable performance space is to be provided, for example a clean, solid wooden or carpeted floor, with plenty of space to move around. If a solo or lap dance is scheduled in your performance, please make sure the event attendee is sitting in a stable, armless chair or seat and please ensure guests are standing or sitting back at least two meters from the entertainer and performance area.
- Can entertainers perform outside?
We can always guarantee you a great night out or in some instances a great day out (certain events can be arranged during the day). During winter it is preferred for the event space to be inside. All performances require a suitable performance space to be provided, for example a clean, solid wooden or carpeted floor, with plenty of space to move around.
- Can we take photos with the entertainers?
Filming and taking photos with any device is strictly forbidden, unless invited to by the entertainer. Talent are to be treated with respect at all times, failure to do so may result in the booking being cancelled.If you change the location of the venue after your booking has been paid, you may be required to pay additional charges and these will be confirmed with you prior to the performance date.
- Can we touch the entertainers?
No entertainer is to be touched by a client in any context, unless invited to do so by the entertainer themselves. Failure to comply may result in the booking being cancelled.
- Will there be full frontal nudity?
Depending on the level of performance you have booked there will be in full frontal nudity and explicit content in some performances. Please let us know your requirements or restrictions and we’ll assist you to book the performance and entertainer that is right for your event.
- Is the show interactive?
Aspects of some of the performances are interactive depending on what has been booked for your event. Interaction and participation is entirely at the discretion of your entertainer. No talent is to be touched by a client in any context unless invited to do so by the talent themselves. Failure to comply may result in the booking being cancelled.
- What age should the people attending our party be?
Event attendees are required to be aged 18+ and under no circumstances will minors be permitted to view a performance by one of our entertainers at your event. Failure to comply may result in the booking being cancelled.
